P.S.Tokyo, A Modern Japanese Cafe in SS2!

10:00:00 PM

On my last Sunday, I was invited to P.S. Tokyo 1st year anniversary party. Honestly, I would never know about this modern Japanese cafe if its not for the invitation! I am glad that I'd join their anniversary party, now I found myself another great cafe to hop on :) Decoration on the table is so nice with Macaron Tower & cupcakes from French Crullers and balloons from The Balloons.

P.S. Tokyo
Address : 80a, Jalan SS2/60, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Operating hour : Monday to Sunday (12pm to 12am / 11pm last call)

I guess you might be wonder about the name origin, so why P.S. Tokyo? P.S. refers to the Latin post scriptum, an expression of “written after”. Be it words, sentence or paragraph, what is usually written after the end is so important that it should not be excluded. This is the type of encarved experience they wanted their customers to have at the end of every visit.

Its undeniable that cafes are booming in Malaysia, especially around Klang Valley, but what's different in P.S. Tokyo is that they are giving a modern Japanese experience on top of serving quality Japanese desserts and drinks.

The special part about P.S. Tokyo is they give a similar authentic experience of Omotesando, Tokyo by creating an interior resembling a cozy and quiet minimalist cafe facing the busy traffic. Its even real when you visit at the night time for a mesmerizing view which is bound to create a lasting impression.

Their signature product of soft serve ice-cream is definitely a must-try for desert lover! The one the shouldn't be missed is Matcha and Hojicha :)

Milk Parfait, Hojicha Parfait, Matcha Parfait – RM 15.90

Mini 4s [ Matcha + Hojicha + Milk + Seasonal ] –  RM 29.60

Speaking of the beverages, I had Genmaicha ( Rice Tea ), and Kinako Latte. I loveeee the Kinako Latte, its a brew soybean milk! Other beverages includes of Japanese roasted coffee, Matcha Latte, Honey Yuzu, Cafe Latte etc.

Kinako Latte   RM 13.90

Other than soft serve, a few types of cakes are available too, which are very special to me as I've never seen it anywhere else, such as Tofu Cheesecake, Yuzu Cheesecake and Hanjyuku Cheese.

Chocolate Brownie – RM 13.90 , Hanjyuku Cheese

Smoke Salmon Salad - RM 13.90

Mini Macarons 3 in 1 set - RM 13.90 , Salted Matcha Pie - RM 13.90

Japanese Hot Cakes (Mix Fruits)  – 16.90

Another thing to highlight is that in house, P.S. Tokyo currently have an Instagram Print counter where customers can get their instagram pictures printed automatically once they post a picture with the hastag #pstokyo. I enjoy this session the most :)

Most of all, thank you P.S. Tokyo for having the DIY Parfait contest, I am happy with my one and only parfait decoration!
