Located mysteriously within a historic and iconic landmark in Penang - Fort Cornwallis, you will find a place where when Francis meet rempah at KOTA, a restaurant that served Westernize Nyonya Food. A trip to Penang is incomplete without visiting Fort Cornwallis and tasting out the local deilghts in KOTA!
I called it Westernize Nyonya Food as the place dishes out Fusion dishes with a touch of Local-Nyonya flavors. A mixture of western and local delight makes it a harmonious blend of traditional and modern which to meet the different taste buds of everyone.
