The Ritz Carlton Cafe, Macau.

I was recommended by my manager, who used to work in Ritz Carlton to this cafe that is located inside Galaxy. I always wanted to visit this cafe whenever I pass by it while shopping in Galaxy and finally I get the chance to do so with one of my friend.

They have this set meal which is quite worth it with an appetizer, a main course with seafood side dish, dessert as well as one glass of red wine or white wine.

You get to choose the steak of your choice, and seafood of your choice. For the dessert, you get to choose between chocolate cake or home made ice cream.

And for my choice, I had Australian Wagyu Striploin M6, with Tiger Prawn. And the homemade ice cream of 2 scoop with thai milk tea and coconut flavor.

I wouldn't rate it the best steak in town, but for the environment and service it's still worth to visit. It would be great if you have any occasion such as birthday or anniversary celebration.
