Japanese Restaurant has been opening up generously through out Malaysia, no matter where and when, it wouldn't be hard to find one if you're craving for Japanese food.
During our last weekend, on Saturday particularly, my sister and I were invited to join a lunch at this restaurant name Fukusu Sushi, which located nearby our house, in Kota Damansara. The first thing caught my attention was the banner showing RM 1.70!
Fukusu Sushi serve not only sushi, but they have various variety from Ramen, Udon, Rice, Sashimi, Temaki, Special Makimono, Tempura and many more. My stomach wanted to try all of those however limited space available, hence we had a little few different dishes.
1) Beef Tataki Maki - RM 15.90
Cucumber and kani stick roll with sushi rice, top quoting with half cook striploin beef and spring onion with special fukusu and teriyaki sauce.
2) Garlic Fried Rice - RM16.90
Fried rice with garlic, eggs and mixture of butter sauce.
3) Ura Maki - RM 17.90
Cucumber and freshly fried salmon skin roll with sushi rice, top quoting with slices of salmon.
4) Left Pot, Salmon Chankonabe - RM 33.90 ( Miso Soup )
Cabbage, enoki mushroom, shitake mushroom, white tofu, Inari, udon, shimeiji mushroom, salmon fish head.
5) Right Pot, Kaisen Chankonabe - RM 38.90 ( Spicy Miso Soup )
Cabbage, enoki mushroom, shitake mushroom, white tofu, Inari, udon, shimeiji mushroom, Ikageso ( Squid Head ), ebi nobashi ( Prawn ), scallop.
6) Chicken Katsu - RM 12.90
Fried breadcrumb chicken with rice quoting with egg and ginger.
7) Ikageso Tempura - RM 11.90
Fried squid head serve with fukusu tempura sauce.
8) Salmon Kabuto Teriyaki - RM15.90
9) Golden SSC Maki - RM 15.90
A layer of mango wrap around sushi rice filled with soft shell crab.
Overall was good, the serving was kind of fresh as well.
And for me, I find that the prices are quite reasonable too :)
